The Technical Requirements of Galvanized Steel Coil:/galvanized steel strip:
1. Passivation A chemical treatment used for the galvanized layer. It can reduce the rust (white rust) caused by moisture during storage. It is the most common surface treatment method for galvanizing layer except for the finishing surface.
2. Oiling The surface treatment to reduce the occurrence of rust on steel plates under wet storage conditions. The passivated Steel Sheet is usually oiled again.
3. Normal Zinc Flower Zinc in the normal solidification process, the zinc crystal grains grow freely and can be clearly recognized by the naked eye.
4. Small zinc flower During the solidification process, zinc crystallites are restricted to form zinc flowers smaller than normal zinc flowers.
5. No zinc flower By adjusting the chemical composition of the plating solution, there is no visible zinc flower morphology and a uniform coating on the surface.
6. Finishing zinc flower Uniform surface coating obtained after cold rolling of a small amount of deformation on the steel sheet.
