Function
Galvanized steel plate is to prevent the surface of the steel plate from corrosion to extend its service life, the surface of the steel plate is coated with a layer of metal zinc, the zinc-coated steel plate is called Galvanized Plate.
Classification
According to the production and processing methods, it can be divided into the following categories:
① Hot dip galvanized steel plate. The sheet steel is immersed in a molten zinc tank so that a layer of zinc is adhered to its surface. At present, the continuous galvanizing process is mainly used to produce, that is, the roll of steel plate is continuously immersed in the molten zinc plating tank to make galvanized steel plate;
② Alloyed Galvanized Steel Sheet. This steel plate is also made by hot dipping, but immediately after it is out of the tank, it is heated to about 500 ° C to form a thin film of zinc and iron alloy. The galvanized sheet has good coating compactness and weldability;

(3) galvanized steel plate. This galvanized steel plate has good workability by electroplating. But the coating is thin, corrosion resistance is not as good as hot dip galvanized sheet;

④ single side plating and double side difference galvanized steel plate. Single-sided galvanized Steel Sheet, that is, galvanized on only one side of the product. In welding, coating, anti-rust treatment, processing and other aspects, it has better adaptability than double-sided galvanized sheet. In order to overcome the shortcomings of single side not coated with zinc, there is a galvanized sheet coated with a thin layer of zinc on the other side, that is, double-sided difference galvanized sheet;
